WHO IS BRENT FILSON? Brent is a noted leadership authority. He has worked with leaders worldwide for the past 25 years. He is called in when individuals need to dramatically increase their leadership effectiveness and organizations need to achieve immediate and long term increases in results, such as revenue/earnings growth, productivity advancements, and sales closes.

WHAT'S HIS BACKGROUND? Brent Filson first learned about leadership as a Marine Corps rifle platoon commander. As a civilian, he has helped leaders of all ranks and functions boost their leadership effectiveness.

Working with some of the top companies in the world, he has developed motivational leadership strategies, processes and skill sets, and created and instituted leadership educational and training programs. He is the author of more than 21 books (more than a million copies sold) and hundreds of articles on leadership.

IS BRENT A MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER? Brent is not strictly a motivational speaker. He does something he believes is much more important: He teaches his audiences to become motivational leaders who achieve more results faster, continually.

WHAT IS THE KEY WAY TO ACHIEVE SUCH RESULTS?  The Leadership Talk.  To understand the Leadership Talk, you have to understand these principles:
